with a realistic schedule for meeting your deadline for the
site, based upon your ability to deliver your part of the
bargain in providing materials and approvals. Please understand
that the creation of service is a process, not a project,
and it will never be 'done' -- that it is a living thing
that goes on pretty much forever.
