What is Services Maintenance?
Service maintenance includes revising, editing, or otherwise
changing existing service to keep your service up to date.
The periodic addition of new service is also part of maintenance
services.
Services are not intended to be static. The value of a
practice service is the ability to maintain current information
online at a reasonable cost. We assume that you will want
to revise some or all of your service over time, as well
as adding additional service according to your business
needs. To assist you in maintaining current information
online, we offer several options for service maintenance.
If you feel that you will not make many changes to your
service over time, we can provide maintenance services on
an hourly basis, at $60.00 per hour, with a $60.00 minimum
charge. The minimum charge is necessary to cover uploading
time for changing your service. These rates are consistent
with our website development charges.
If you believe you will be making regular changes to your
service over time, you can save money by purchasing a service
maintenance contract. A maintenance contract is for a one
year term, and is non-refundable. The monthly charge for
maintenance is based on the size of your website at the
time the contract is signed. A maintenance contract allows
you to update an online newsletter, to highlight different
services on a rotating basis, or to promote time sensitive
programs, services or workshops.
These contracts provide a significant savings over the
Individual Services pricing and guarantees you the allotted
time required for your updates every month. You specify
the changes and we do the work.
Under our maintenance contract, you are entitled to make
an unlimited number of text revisions to existing Services.
Maintenance Contract Plans - Per Month
A - For up to 1 hour of maintenance: $45.00.
B - For up to 2 hours of maintenance: $90.00
C - For up to 4 hours of maintenance: $175.00

Costs vary widely and depend upon whether you desire to
simply installation of an program, create a site that fully
utilizes the Internet's interactivity, or develop a site
as one element in a full-blown marketing plan. Depending
on its place on this spectrum, and the number of bells and
whistles, the site price can range from a few thousand to
tens of thousands of dollars. We would be happy to provide
a written fixed price quotation, clearly delineating what
will be included in the cost of our services, after an evaluation
of your specific needs. |
